Kabbalah is not a religion and can be followed by people of any religious beliefs. It is considered the spiritual backbone of all major religions. Kabbalah teaches that the soul’s purpose is to receive the light of the Creator, which includes all forms of fulfillment. Instead of chasing after specific desires, Kabbalah teaches to connect the soul to the force of the Creator, which will bring all the desired fulfillments in the right time and way. Kabbalah also emphasizes the importance of listening to the lessons and whispers of life, as well as letting go of attachments and doubts. Doubt is seen as the root of all disease and blocks us from receiving what we desire. Kabbalah teaches that the world is perfect and perfectly designed for us, and that everyone and everything in our lives is divinely tuned to support our growth and evolution. The biggest block to receiving what we desire is the belief that we do not deserve it. David Giam offers an online course called Kabbalah One, which teaches the spiritual laws and principles of Kabbalah. He also co-founded Mary Ruth Organics, a brand focused on providing clean, organic, and tested vitamins and supplements.
