I’m a big fan of Rebecca Louise and just listened to last week’s podcast where you were the guest speaker. I had an immediate connection with you because I also have a learning disability where short term memory is a big issue and slows me down. I always have to take notes and refer back. This is something that can severely interfere in a career development and has been somewhat of an embarassment so I’m always listening for was to overcome my fears and get out of my comfort zone.
This was the first podcast I’ve listened to yours and loved the hearing about the different levels of cerintonin, waking up at the same time every day and the best time to have sex.
I look forward to listening to your podcasts.
