The one skill that everyone must continue to develop is their resilience muscle. To be resilient is simply defined as being able to withstand or recover quickly from difficult conditions. As many of us have all endured hardship and many of us most recently during Covid-19, the one tool that helps us, is being able to spring back from our challenges with resilience.
Today’s guest I had the pleasure of talking with about her expertise in resilience and the practices she has discovered that resilient people have. She shares with us such valuable information that can empower us to claim our resilience and no longer let of difficulties define us.
