My guest today spent many years studying this exact question, “What does a healthy relationship look like.”? In this episode he shares the research, science, and framework to that question. 

Welcome my guest, Pye Jirsa. For over a decade, Pye has been photographing weddings and families, all while creating online education that has helped millions of creative professionals around the world. During this time he was struggling in his own marriage and over the span of nearly 15 years, he had spent a fortune on therapy and marital counseling, yet none of it helped. Pye then decided as a wedding photographer, he had a real-world laboratory that psychologists can only dream of. Five years and hundreds of case studies later, he had a complete framework and an unreleased book tentatively called “Stupid-Simple Relationships,” a roadmap that answers that simple question, “what does a healthy relationship look like?”

In 2021 he and his partner Doctor Glen launched Core Value Focused Therapy and the 12 week relationship platform, service ,and podcast. Which combines academics with real-world research to help you create better relationships in weeks, not years.
