Brian Bradley - Anywhere Training Exercises

My Before/ After Photos: Doing my custom Egoscue method exercises for only 1 1/2 months

Posture Correction with Egoscue2
Posture Correction with Egoscue2

Notes from Egoscue: Front view your nose is on the line and your knees are now facing forward. Back view your rotation is much better, the right arm isn’t way behind your body. In the side views, the left side shows your pelvis much “flatter” (more neutral) now, and your shoulder/ear positioning is a lot more symmetrical.

My personal feedback: These exercises have significantly improved my posture. I’ve been having a lot of mid back pain for sometime now. Being that I have a very arched back; which is caused by my pelvic forward tilt, all these years standing for my job has contributed to my posture worsening and increasing back pain. Also my shoulders have started to roll forward and I have had a lower shoulder drop for many many years. With these custom exercises I have been able to realign my shoulders back into a more proper position, improve the balance of my shoulders, and reactivate my hips to engage my pelvic so that I stand more aligned. I am continuing to do the exercises every day as I know it’s making a significant improvement.

I love this episode! Modern day life has changed so much about how we use our bodies. I have been experiencing pain for years and my doctor has kind of shrugged his shoulders and offered pain meds. I have had a deep belief that this is not “just how I am” and this reignited my belief that my body knows how to function and how to heal. Pain is a message, not a life sentence. It is my job to find out what that message means. Thank you for this!
